Here at Generation Windows, we also offer our customers the option of opting for Triple Glazing to go with their aluminium, timber and uPVC windows. Adding an extra pane of glass to our Double Glazing improves both the thermal efficiency and sound proofing, with benefits far greater than you’d find with the already beneficial Double Glazing. For these reasons, Triple Glazed uPVC windows are growing a far more popular option by the day - particularly in those continents globally more prone to particularly cold winters.
To get the best return on your initial investment and to ensure you will be fully receiving the benefits, we suggest installing triple glazing on small to medium-sized windows which are installed across a larger area of space. We will never recommend something you don’t need and would still suggest opting for double glazing in smaller installations, or within the space of a period property.
Double and Secondary glazing tend to work best for replacement windows on older, period, properties because they don’t require such a heavy framework. However, we will assess each job individually so should you have any concerns or are a little unsure, get in touch today!
We invite you to come along and take a look at our popular showroom in Sutton, where you can have a leisurely browse and take a look at our different window replacement options in order to help decide which will suit your home best!
